Short version
- We place AI voice call-backs only for businesses whose callers agreed to get them, and only during allowed hours.
- Every call says it's an AI, names the business, gives a callback number, and lets you press 9 or say "stop calling" to opt out.
- Calls are not recorded [if recording is ever enabled, this changes and we'll ask first].
- We don't sell your information or use it for targeted advertising. We don't create voiceprints.
What we process for our business customers' callers
- Your phone number, call times, your consent record (when, how, and the exact wording you agreed to), opt-out/do-not-call records, and the details you share on the call (e.g., the job you need).
- Live audio is streamed to our AI voice provider (DRAFT: PROVIDER) to run the conversation. We don't store audio or full transcripts. We keep a short structured summary (e.g., job type, ZIP, preferred time) that is passed to the business. DRAFT: Provider retention: verify and state, e.g., "may retain request data up to N days for abuse review."
- Phone carriers and our telephony provider (DRAFT: PROVIDER) keep standard call records.
Why
Only to return your call for the business you contacted, collect your request, and pass it on. We act as that business's service provider; its own policy also applies.
Sharing
With the business you called, and with our telephony and AI providers to run the call. We don't share phone numbers or consent records with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
- Stop calls: press 9 or say "stop calling" on any call, call DRAFT: CALLBACK NUMBER, or email [email protected]. We record the request immediately and honor it within 10 business days at most (usually at once). We keep do-not-call records 5 years.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- Rights to access, correct, delete, get a copy, and appeal (Texas and other state privacy laws): email [email protected] with "Privacy request." We respond within 45 days; appeals go to the Texas Attorney General if unresolved.
Retention
Consent and do-not-call records: at least 5 years. Call summaries: DRAFT: X days unless the business needs them for your job. Daily usage counters: DRAFT: X days.
Website and demo
Static site; no ad trackers [verify]. Hosting provider logs (IP, browser, pages) under its policy. The demo is for adults 18+ and uses the demo consent form; see demo terms.
Children, changes, contact
